Activities
Apart from
membership services which are handled at
KPD proper, all other business activities
are carried out by subsidiaries and associate
of three wholly owned holding companies.
These holding companies are of recent creation
for the purpose of streamlining the businesses
of KPD. Brief descriptions of their activities
are as follows :
KLI
Group Sdn Bhd
Incorporated on July 27, 1994, this holding
company is mainly focused on the hospitality
industry. At the moment, it handles three
hotel wholly owned by KPD (KL International
Hotel and City Park Hotel).
KL International Hotel
Location
Strategically located in Jalan Raja Muda
Abdul Aziz, Kuala Lumpur it has "two wings"
comprising total of 370 rooms.
